Udom has worked on HIV prevention advocacy and programming for nearly 20 years. A Community Advisory Board member of a research institute affiliated with Chiang Mai University he is regularly called upon to participate in global and regional scientific and think-tanks meetings. He is currently associated with the Thai NGO Coalition on AIDS (TNCA). Udom leads Good Participatory Practice efforts in Thailand both with research centers and with national bodies, most notably the Thai Ministry of Public Health. Through TNCA, Udom has also co-organized Thailand’s first National Community Advisor Board.
